Heroes Night Out - new appealing website for veterans

Our NPO Heroes Night out (http://heroesnightout.org/) needs help in giving a makeover to their website. Here is there problem statement

"Our website is very generic and simple with limited options to enhance. We want it to be eye appealing with more graphics and interactions. Would like more photos and animated backgrounds and video."

    Who of you who said you would be interested in this are here? I am in the front and I cannot find anyone matching the picture (Jorgito512 where are you?) and mpathipayi? (One of these Indian folks ?)
